Before he opened up Zalat Pizza, owner Khanh Nguyen found success with DaLat, a Vietnamese-American fusion spot featuring atypical late-night fare, including pho, bahn mi, SPAM musubi, and rice dishes. Notable starters include a pork egg roll inside a spring roll and a “Dorito-viche” (cabbage salad over Doritos chips). DaLat is open until midnight on weeknights and 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
